Custom file output obs

This will be the default output file (via menu slection: Output -> Obs to Custom file), which contains the formatted/coded observation ready for transmission. You can specify any drive (local dive, network drive, USB drive etc.), folder and file name supported by your operating system (drive and folder must exist).
