Dust rain is also called 'red fog' or 'blood rain'; in the Atlantic Ocean, west of North and
Equatorial Africa, the phenomenon is given the name 'trade wind dust' or 'desert dust'.
The presence of this dust can be identified by the special colouring of the sky at sunrise and
sunset, and also by abnormal rings around the sun or the moon.
