To prevent loss of valuable climatological data in case of data corruption or a hard disk crash,
after the compilation of every observation the IMMT log is backed up.
The default path and name of this backup file is:
$ROOT_TURBOWIN\BACKUP\IMMT_BACKUP_RUNNING.TXT ($ROOT_TURBOWIN is the
folder where the TurboWin main program was installed). You can change this default path and
file name by clicking on the "Folder + File” button, e.g. to point to a location on a second hard
disk in your computer or to a network drive.
This running IMMT backup is automatically deleted after downloading the log files (TurboWin
menu: Maintenance -> Download log files...)
