Main menu
The main menu titles can be selected by pressing the 'Alt'-key followed by the marked
(underscore) letter of the desired title. Within this selected title group a further selection can be
carried out by pressing the marked (underscore) letter of the asked menu item. E.g. 'Alt'
followed by 'i', followed by 'w' reveals the wind input screen.
Input screen input fields
Within most input screens you can use the 'Tab'-key to navigate from one item to another.
E.g. 'Alt' followed by 'i', followed by 't' reveals the Temperature input screen. 21 'Tab' 6 'Tab'
20 'Tab' 5 will input the air temperature (21.6) and wet-bulb temperature (20.5). 'Shift'- 'Tab'
reverses the direction of movement.
Within a screen you can also use the 'Arrow'-keys. E.g. 'Alt'- 'i'- 'b'- 'Arrow-up' to select the
visibility.
Input screen push buttons
On most screens there are three main push buttons ('OK', 'Cancel' and 'Help'). The push
buttons can be activated by giving the appropriate push button focus e.g. with the 'Tab'-key
(focus is indicated by a dotted square around the text on the button) and then pressing and
releasing the 'space bar'.
In the case of the default push button, the 'Enter'-key will also trigger this button, in spite of
this default button has yes or no focus. In most screens the 'OK'-button is the default button. A
default push button has a thicker black border to visually indicate that this is the default push
button.
With 'Alt-F4' or the 'Esc'-key you can close the input screen without saving (same effect as
pushing the 'Cancel'-button).
